Application fee is $35.00.  Credit and criminal background reports will be run.  The security deposit ($575.00) is required at lease signing.  Electric/trash collection (City of Dover) and gas (Chesapeake Utilities) must be transferred into tenant’s own name prior to occupancy.  No satellite dishes are permitted.  Owner provides water and sewer service.
