This apartment will be ready for occupancy September 1, 2018 and features wood beams and hardwood floor in the living room, one bedroom, a full bath, and galley kitchen.  Stove and refrigerator are provided.

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.

Application fee is $35.00.  Credit and criminal background reports will be run.  Security deposit of $625.00 is required at lease signing.  Tenants must transfer gas (Chesapeake Utilities) and electric/trash collection services (City of Dover into their own name(s) prior to occupancy.  Water and sewer service are provided by the property owner.
